Reported by Phayul.com the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje arrived in Ladakh on the 9th September to begin his second tour of the region since escaping Tibet in 2000. Creating an interesting contrast of events his visit comes at a time when China continue to make incursions along the LAC in Eastern Ladakh, specifically in the Pangong Tso and Trig Heights areas.
